As a budget traveler, I was impressed by the quietness of the room, the delicious breakfast buffet, and the helpfulness of the staff. The location within the Coex complex was convenient, with easy parking and subway access. The gym was well-equipped and one of the best I've seen in Korea.

The service at Intercontinental Seoul Coex was exceptional. I lost my passport during my stay, and the staff went above and beyond to help me find it. They made calls to the airport, train company, and cab company, and amazingly, located my passport within an hour. They even arranged for a driver to deliver it to the hotel, saving me a 3-hour round trip. The staff's dedication and quick action truly impressed me. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing service.

Plus, having a shopping center attached to the hotel made everything easy for us. we had a wonderful time and will definitely be visiting again.

Club lounge access provided helpful evening snacks and a friendly staff printed out directions to nearby tourist destinations. The underground mall also connects to a department store and metro. Excellent breakfast selection and comfortable bedding.

The complimentary Christmas cookies and hot chocolate were a nice touch, and the location was very convenient for shopping and accessing public transportation. the view from the room was also quite lovely.

Our Christmas stay was also marred by a few negative aspects. the room and bathroom were not very clean, and the linens had some noticeable stains.

The location was perfect for us, as it was conveniently located near the Coex conference centre and attached to a fantastic mall with plenty of dining options. As guests with children, we were pleased with the attentive staff and the provision of a solid baby cot free of charge. It was a truly convenient and satisfying experience.
