I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was perfect for my family of 4, with 2 separate sleeping areas. The indoor swimming pool was a great bonus, and we were even given vouchers to use it for free. There is a supermarket just across the road, which was super convenient. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We recently stayed at Jeju Kal Hotel for our family vacation. The Executive Suite was perfect for us, with separate sleeping areas allowing our youngest child to sleep earlier. The room was spacious and we loved the separate shower and toilet. The indoor swimming pool was a nice bonus, with vouchers provided. The nearby supermarket and convenience stores made it convenient for us to get everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. We couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I had a great experience at the hotel during my four days in Jeju. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing me to check in early and making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel's exterior and interior are impressive, and the view from my room was really nice. The spacious rooms and decently-sized bathrooms provided plenty of comfort. Despite the unfortunate rainy weather during my visit, the hotel's price, location, and view make it a place I would definitely choose to stay at again. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is helpful, as they assisted in finding me a taxi when needed. Additionally, the rooms are up to standard, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for guests.

The taxi fare from the airport to the hotel was affordable, and the driver took us through a beautiful Cherry Blossom road. It was a lovely welcome to Jeju. The hotel also offers a discounted city tour for guests. During checkout, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my WiFi charge was waived. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and efficient service.

The venue is superb with luxurious amenities that served our needs. We were impressed with the royal service we received. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were astounding. We did not step out to look for other dining options. The private facilities were exclusive and had a customized touch. The room was equipped with state-of-the-art technology making us feel at home. The location advantages here were breathtaking.

The swimming pool was a little disappointing because it was smaller than what we expected. That being said, it did not ruin our experience at this hotel.

Great hotel to stay in! The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a beautiful view of the water! The international dinner buffet was great quality and worth the special rate we had. The hotel is located in a prime location with easy access to a nearby theater, food locations, and a casino. The concierge gave us directions and assisted us in accessing the activities we wanted.

The prices of extras are quite high which can be a bit of a downer for those on a budget. The markup for the items in the bake shop and in the lobby cafe/bar are steep.
