The hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were clean and well-maintained, and the massage services were top-notch. The garden area was stunning and a great spot for relaxation. The restaurant had a diverse and delicious menu selection, and the in-room breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The private facilities were exclusive and well-equipped, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff had limited proficiency in English, making communication difficult. Additionally, the location was remote, and it was inconvenient to travel to town for entertainment or dining options.

The view and the cleanliness were the best aspects. The hotel had a beautiful location, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and clear streams. The rooms were cleaned to perfection every day, and we never felt any discomfort in terms of hygiene. the hotel provided free Wi-Fi, which was a nice bonus.

The breakfast and service were the worst aspects. The breakfast was below average and lacked any local flavor or taste.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful gardens surrounding Kensington Hotel. The breakfast buffet was extensive and had a great variety of dishes. Our room had a nice design and the bathroom had a bathtub. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for its lovely surroundings and comfortable amenities.
