The hotel is conveniently located near Jungmun bus stop, just down the hill on the opposite street side, making it easy to explore the area. It is also close to a few museums, which are nice after-dinner or after-dark activities. The buffet at the restaurant offers a variety of delicious options for breakfast, and the staff provides excellent service throughout the hotel.

The hotel does not offer a specific vegetarian or vegan menu option, which can be a drawback for those following a plant-based diet.

Italian restaurant on roof, unique and delightful food. Concierge helpful with taxi arrangements. Great overall experience.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. the exquisite restaurant had delicious gourmet dishes and high-end wines. the bar/lounge area was chic and relaxing offering premium cocktails. the outdoor dining area provided stunning views of the ocean and Islands. the room was spacious, well-appointed with luxurious amenities and comfortable beds.

We faced some minor inconvenience with the service. the staff were kind but sometimes they seemed to be understaffed, creating a delay in answering our requests.

The Grand Josun Jeju was an absolute delight! Polite staff, spacious deluxe room with free minibar. Convenient location for exploring the island. Gorgeous design and a fun rooftop pool & jacuzzi. Fantastic Italian restaurant. We'll definitely be back!
