For the price, Kimstay 9 exceeded my expectations with a spacious and clean room, great water pressure, and comfortable bed. The staff was helpful, and the location, though a bit out west, was convenient with a short walk to the subway.

The breakfast option could have been better, with only cold items like cereal and toast available.

We had a great experience at a budget hotel in Seoul. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They sent us an email and left a note when we arrived late at night, so we were able to check-in and get some rest. the location was convenient, just a short walk from a traditional market. the rooms were basic but comfortable, and breakfast was self-serve in the common area. a pleasant stay.

Comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late at night and the convenience store worker kindly called the owner for us. The owner spoke very fluent English, which made communication easy. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is located in a good area with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.

The guesthouse is located in a convenient area with night markets and various shops nearby. The staff is helpful, providing maps and directions and assisting with research. Reasonable prices at restaurants closeby. Good English spoken by the staff.
