For the price we paid, we got great value with a cozy and comfortable room. The location was convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to the subway. The staff treated us well and were always helpful.

They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even allowing us to store our large suitcases for several days. the hotel is modern and located close to shopping centers and the business district. the rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and had ample storage space. the location was a particular highlight, with numerous restaurants and a supermarket in the neighborhood.

I had a great stay at Lotte City Hotel Guro. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They even provided me with a letter apologizing for a small mistake. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and there are plenty of eateries nearby. The workout facility was impressive and the laundry facility was a bonus. The WiFi was excellent and the bathroom was spacious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I gotta say, for the price I paid, Lotte City in Seoul exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the standard amenities I needed. The location was convenient with a bus stop right in front and a subway station within a 10-minute walk. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were spotless and the cleaning staff did a perfect job every time. They even changed the bedsheets immediately when I had an allergic reaction. It was next-level service. the water pressure in the shower was great, making for a refreshing and relaxing experience.

It was quite far from the main attractions and bustling areas of the city. It took a while to get to the places I wanted to visit, even though the subway station was a 5-10 minute walk away.

The hotel is near restaurants and a big e-Mart store. Front desk staff is friendly, and so with the housekeeping staff at our floor, 7th. Breakfast is good, Korean and continental choices. My 2nd stay in this hotel. The check-in and check-out was very easy. The staff at the counter is very helpful and very friendly. The Hotel and rooms are very clean. Utilization of the rooms is okay. Found great local Korean food restaurants around the hotel. Taxi and subway is just around the corner, as well as a big E-mart store.
