My stay was for a week-long vacation and the hotel was perfect for my travel purpose. The staff were all very efficient and friendly. The location was great, within walking distance to tourist attractions like the Teddy Bear Museum and the Jungmun beach. The Hello Kitty room I stayed in was the best I've ever experienced, with every detail thoughtfully designed. The playroom for children was fun and the staff were helpful. The restaurant in the hotel served delicious food and the hot pool was a great way to relax in the winter.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, with easy access to Seogwipo-si, Hallasan mountain, and Jungmun beach. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and provided a pleasant environment for walking and exploring. The swimming pool and gym were impressive facilities, and we also enjoyed the daily spectacular shows. The staff at the hotel were very helpful, providing us with reservation assistance, directions, and a complementary map of the island.

The highlight of our stay was the amazing view from our room. We could see the beautiful mountains in the background, which made for a breathtaking sight. The room itself was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The service at Lotte Hotel was excellent, with the staff treating us like royalty. Additionally, the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet at the Peninsula restaurant were outstanding. The pools and slides were a hit with our whole family, adding to the fun-filled experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a family stay, despite the minor drawbacks.

The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning, overlooking the pool and the beautiful sea. The hotel itself is located in a picturesque part of the island, with plenty of trekking options and gorgeous beaches nearby. It's a great choice for families, as there are lots of activities for the kids to enjoy. The hotel also has a big resort feel to it, with a good duty-free shop and convenient amenities such as a 7-eleven and third-party restaurant nearby.

Everything is what I need and want.

The grounds and the beach were clean and beautiful, offering a stunning view of the mountains in the background. The buffet at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

There were a few downsides during our stay at the hotel. Additionally, the walk to the beach was quite far and there were a lot of steps to climb, making it inconvenient for some guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel in Jeju. We were there for a week-long vacation and enjoyed every moment. The heated pool was a great feature, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The view from our room was breathtaking, and we loved watching the sunset. The buffet dinner was delicious, and we appreciated the variety of options. The live music at the pool in the evening added a special touch to our evenings. The shuttle bus to the airport made our departure hassle-free. The location of the hotel was superb, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and attractions nearby. We particularly enjoyed the short walk to the botanical garden and the beach, although the stairs to the beach were a bit steep. Inside the hotel, we found everything we needed. The bowling area, kids creative center, and LV were great for entertainment. We also enjoyed the small night market in the lobby during our stay. With 7/11, the Teddy Bear Museum, Believe it or Not, Alive art show, and Starbucks close by, we never ran out of things to do. The family room was spacious and clean, perfect for our needs. The air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom with both a bath tub and shower was convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The hotel had spacious grounds, which was great for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. It was also conveniently located close to the beach and some tourist sites, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and their English skills were a bonus.

There were quite a few downsides to my stay. the hotel was quite expensive for what you got, and there were additional charges for almost everything.

We loved the stunning views, the friendly and attentive staff , and the exciting yacht and forest walk activities. The clean and beautiful grounds and beach, well-stocked buffet, convenient free bus shuttle to the airport, spacious and comfy rooms, and the amazing kids zone were all highlights. Plus, having a 7/11 and a chicken place nearby was a bonus.

This hotel is perfect for luxury lovers! From the moment you walk in, the exclusive amenities provided are breathtaking. The service provided by the staff is simply amazing, you feel like royalty. The indoor and outdoor swimming pool, as well as the garden area are beautiful. The sun terrace comes equipped with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, everything you need to relax at the beachfront location. Fine dining is provided inside the hotel restaurant with an in-room breakfast option and a bar/lounge area for evening drinks.

Our spa experience started slightly disappointing, as the spa facilities were overcrowded and we couldn't book a sauna session in advance. Missing the sauna session aside, I have no other complaints about this venue.

Christmas vacation was spent at a hotel with complementary champagne and cookies on arrival. The location was close to many attractions and restaurants. The Christmas lights and decorations around the property were festive and enjoyable.

The hospitality was quite poor. The staff seemed to be struggling with communication and were not very helpful.
