Good breakfast selection with delicious oatmeal and fresh fruits, including kiwi. Coffee could be improved. Spacious and pleasant room with comfortable beds. Shower was clean and satisfactory. Professional staff. Impressive nighttime city view. Convenient location connected to a shopping center. Molton Brown bathroom products. Will return if in the area.

Had a wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel in Ulsan. The location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities are great, with a gym and indoor swimming pool. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of international options to choose from. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city and connected to a great shopping center. I also loved the variety of Korean food nearby.

The hotel lacks signs directing customers to reception, which can be frustrating when arriving. I was disappointed to discover a pricey charge for early check-in.

The hotel offers exclusive amenities, such as a sauna, indoor swimming pool, and sun loungers. The luxurious room with private facilities was comfortable and well-equipped to meet our needs. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant and bar/lounge area which offered delicious Halal food and refreshing cocktails.

The hotel staff was generally attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service. However, we had a minor issue at reception with a particular receptionist who charged us extra for early check-in and billed us in US dollars, resulting in poor exchange rates and double conversions.
