Our stay at Lotte Hotel was amazing. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and bus stops. There were plenty of facilities nearby, including a mall, theme park, and cinema. We also enjoyed the beautiful lake for leisurely walks. They even printed maps for us whenever we went out. The room was clean and the room service was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised to find a small present for our child in the room. The gym had all the necessary equipment for a good workout, and the swimming pool was also decent. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. we had a wonderful experience at Lotte Hotel.

The carpets in the corridor had a slight unpleasant smell, and the furniture in the room was a bit outdated.

Perfect location for a big group, easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions like Lotte World. Hotel offers great discounts to Lotte World, plus direct access and no crowds at the entrance. The Kid Lounge at the hotel is amazing for young children. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a wide variety of options. The staff is friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome.

The facilities and location were great for our weekend getaway. the hotel had a beautiful view of the city skyline and park, which we really enjoyed. Additionally, we were able to access the club at the top floor, where we had a delicious breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea. the service provided by the staff was very friendly and welcoming, even though we checked in after midnight.

We were disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. the rooms were quite old and the power points were limited, only available at the TV console with extension cords.

I loved the great hotel facilities, with easy access to the mall, adventure park, and even Lotte World for the kids. The location was perfect for those taking off early, as it had everything we needed within a few minutes walk. The modern design of the rooms, comfortable beds, and handy amenities like a strong hair dryer and a table with chairs were all fantastic. Plus, the hotel staff were helpful and made sure we had reservations and a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

The hotel also had great amenities, such as a gym with an instructor and a sauna. I particularly liked the convenience of having a 7-11 on site. it was a wonderful stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a beautiful lake with the most breathtaking Cherry Blossoms. It was the perfect location for me as it was close to Lotte stores, a few malls, and even a Lotte shopping mall. The room was cozy and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I also enjoyed the facilities such as the German Beer Hall and the convenience of the airport shuttle service.

That the dining areas in the hotel were quite expensive.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel met my exclusive needs perfectly. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and private facilities were exceptional. I enjoyed a delicious in-room breakfast and the bar/lounge area provided a lovely atmosphere.

Although the character room was charming and well-designed, there was a slight odor on the same floor that detracted from the overall experience. the issue did not affect my overall enjoyment of the venue.
