The facilities were top-notch, and everything I needed was conveniently nearby. Despite its long history, the hotel offered modern amenities and a memorable stay.

I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking iconic landmarks like Namsan and the Joseon dynasty city walls. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown and close to Seoul Station. It was so convenient to explore this city and visit attractions like Namsan Park, Gyeongbokgung palace, Dongdaemun gate & market, and Cheonggyecheon stream. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me with any request. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of Asian and European foods, and the room was clean and spacious. I couldn't have asked for more.

During my New Year stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. It was in close proximity to major attractions and easily accessible by taxi. Additionally, the room provided a comfortable night's sleep with a cozy bed and enough storage space for our clothes. The highlight of the stay was definitely the swimming pool, with a relaxing jacuzzi and a sauna that added to the overall experience.

There were some aspects of the hotel that left much to be desired. The overall maintenance of the property seemed lacking, with chipped furniture in the room and bathroom amenities that did not meet the standards expected.

We were upgraded to an executive room with a stunning view of Mt Namsan. The sunrise over the mountain was breathtaking. The hotel staff spoke English and provided warm and friendly service throughout our stay. The executive lounges offered delicious canapés, drinks, and a lovely breakfast. The hotel's proximity to Seoul station and attractions like Namdaemun markets and Maeng-dong was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

The central location was perfect for exploring the city, with Seoul Station and the main shopping district just a short walk away. We were able to easily visit the Palaces and other tourist sites by foot. The executive room we stayed in had a great city view and the beds were extremely comfortable. The executive lounges on the 19th and 21st floors were a highlight, offering a range of hot and cold foods, drinks, and snacks throughout the day. The breakfast selection was good, although the range of cereals was a bit disappointing. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the service overall was impeccable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel for a fabulous stay in Seoul.
