The physical facility was well-maintained and clean. the bed was comfortable, and the rooftop bar provided beautiful views and friendly service from the bartender. the hotel's central location made it easy to access many of the nearby shopping streets and Busan Tower.

The breakfast quality was just okay and the breakfast staff were not very friendly. the TV in our room had connection issues.

Great location, clean rooms, helpful staff, convenient parking, excellent WiFi, comfortable beds.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with its close proximity to the fish market and various food stalls. It is also conveniently situated near the train station and two stations, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom that included a soaking tub and a shower with a rainfall head. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The lighting in the room was a bit inconvenient, as all the light switches were located between the beds. the frosted glass wall and sliding door in the bathroom provided limited privacy, which could be a concern for those traveling with people they don't know well.

Great central location, good transport links. Spacious room with comfortable bed and good shower. Nice bonus of city and water view. Private and quiet for a good night's sleep. Street behind the hotel has bustling restaurants and BIFF street stores. Walking distance to Busan Tower, Lotte Department Store, and Bosu Book Street.

This hotel is a hidden gem! the location is fantastic. It's close to Jagalchi market, which is a must-visit for any tourist. Moreover, there are plenty of eateries in the area, providing a wide range of culinary options. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms offer a great view over the city, especially from the ones with a balcony. It's a delightful experience to wake up to such a picturesque sight.

All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations!

The location is very central to the tourist attraction area and also the metro service. A convenient shop is just beside the property which is nice. Staffs are very helpful and cheerful which is very welcoming. The property helped us to book a taxi on request and they even have service to order chicken take away for you! The staff were extremely nice and helpful, renting umbrellas out during rainy days and ordering taxis efficiently. Good communication among the staff so nothings left out! The bed was very comfortable and the room is bigger than other hotels. Big bath tab! The hotel is easy to spot, because it's on a decently busy corner and close to a lot of things. It's not a far walk to the train station, and easy to get around from there. Our room had a view of the sea, which was nice. It was a decently modern hotel and pretty spacious. The bathroom is wide, there's a soaking tub, a shower with a rainfall head, and a toilet with a bidet and all that.

Felt like a VIP, no complaint.

The staff at Nampo Hound Hotel Premier were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. They even provided umbrellas on rainy days and efficiently arranged taxis for us. The location of the hotel is also great, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and close to the market for convenient dining options. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel also had a big bathtub, which was a nice added touch.
