The free cookies in the room were yummy and the view of the city was breathtaking. the hotel is located near many famous attractions and restaurants, and it was easy to get around with public transportation. Plus, the room was spacious and cozy.

the front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. the cleanliness of the room was questionable, with stains on the bedding and carpets.

We had a wonderful stay at this new hotel. the facilities and rooms were impeccably clean, and the aircon was surprisingly quiet. the location was great, just a 3-minute walk to the nearest underground station and close to Geyongbukgung. Our room was spacious compared to others in the same price range, and the desk mirror was a convenient touch for those needing to do makeup. We felt safe in the area, and the staff spoke excellent English. the hotel also had an ice machine and fresh water machine on each floor, and the gym was impressive for a hotel.

We had a very good stay at a conveniently located hotel in Seoul. The rooms were clean and spacious, with modern amenities. The staff, especially Shaun, was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooftop bar offered stunning views and the drinks were great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay here. The location is really convenient for exploring the city and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful and I had no problem with checking in or out. My room was extremely spacious and very clean. I particularly appreciated the air conditioning as it was quite warm outside. The bed was also very comfortable and I slept really well here.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Seoul. The location was excellent, right on top of a shopping mall with restaurants, which was perfect for finding meals, especially breakfast. It was also very close to the famous Myeong-dong shopping street and a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was well-appointed and immaculately clean, and the service from the staff was exceptional. The breakfast had a nice variety of options, including both Western and Korean-style dishes. it was really good value for money.

That there was no hotel-arranged airport shuttle service.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to all the attractions and places to eat. I loved being able to walk to Insadong and the palaces, it made exploring the city so convenient. The facilities here are top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also appreciated the small touches, like the Bluetooth speaker in the room and the water filter in the hallway. this place offers great comfort and quality services.
