The access to the spa and hot spring was definitely a highlight of our stay. We enjoyed soaking in the relaxing waters and it definitely added a special touch to our holiday. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating. They were always available to assist us with any queries or concerns we had during our stay.

There were a few aspects of our experience at the hotel that we didn't enjoy. the hotel enforced strict smoking policies, which meant that smokers had to go a considerable distance away from the hotel to smoke.

Had a great Christmas at this hotel! the hot springs were amazing and the staff were really friendly. Loved the complimentary breakfast and the variety of food available. the location in the middle of the hot spring area was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Plus, the nearby karaoke bars and clubs gave us plenty of options for entertainment.

The Italian restaurant only had buffet and the noise from the garbage trucks during early morning hours interrupted our sleep. the sink in the bathroom didn't drain properly and some of the lamp switches were tricky to use.
