Everything was fantastic.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and it had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The staff members were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel was surrounded by a shopping center and various restaurants, making it easy to find dining options.

It took me around 30 minutes to reach the sightseeing spots in Seoul, which was quite inconvenient. Furthermore, the hotel lacked a certain level of luxury and sophistication that I expected.

I have been coming to this hotel for years and it always offers a fantastic stay. The executive floor with the business lounge is a huge bonus, making it so convenient to grab a quick snack or drink without leaving the floor. The staff here is amazing, especially Dave and Don, who went above and beyond to help me when I lost my bag in the lobby. Not only did they find my bag, but they even checked the name on it and matched it with a hotel guest. It was truly amazing customer service. The location of this place is also great, just across the bridge from the main attractions.

I had an amazing time staying at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk across the bridge from all the main attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, from the friendly bell staff assisting with my luggage to the helpful receptionists who arranged local tours for me. The room amenities were top-notch, with a well-stocked mini-bar, a cozy sitting area, and a dining table for enjoying meals. The free toiletries and in-room washing machine were a nice added touch, making my stay even more convenient. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities, including a spa and wellness center, an indoor swimming pool, and a sauna. All in all, I would highly recommend this place to both friends and family.

Had a great Christmas vacation here! Loved the spacious and comfortable room with its own kitchen and dining area – perfect for a family meal. the hotel's location was very convenient, with a big grocery store just across the street and a foodie street nearby. We enjoyed trying the local dishes. the airport bus also stops just outside the hotel, which was a huge plus.

The restaurant food was a bit disappointing, so we ended up eating out most of the time. there could have been more options for breakfast, especially for Western-style food like crispy bacon and fresh fruit.
