The hotel had a great location, easy access to public transport, and plenty of nearby attractions. The staff was courteous and helpful. The facilities were fantastic, including a swimming pool, fitness room, and fully equipped apartments. We enjoyed the convenience of having a full kitchen and laundry facilities. the hotel provided all the creature comforts we needed for our large family.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location is fabulous, just off the main street in Insadong and within a couple of minutes walk from Jongno. It's great being so close to the palaces, heaps of restaurants around, and markets literally just outside your doorstep. The room amenities are top-notch, with free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and even a dining table. The indoor swimming pool and sauna are a great added bonus, and we made sure to take advantage of them during our stay.

We would highly recommend this venue to our friends.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation options like subway and buses. Exploring other areas of this city was a breeze because of this. The apartment setting worked well for our family, especially with our 11-month old. The room was spacious, clean, and had a superb view. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool, were excellent. We also loved the fact that there was a kitchenette and a washer and dryer in the room. This made it convenient for us to cook meals for our baby and take care of his laundry.

It is also in close proximity to two subway stations on different lines, making it easy to travel around the city. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with a washing machine and dryer. The breakfast had limited selection, but the apartment was cleaned every day. Additionally, it had a pool and sauna.

I had a great stay at a centrally located hotel. The staff at Orakai Insadong Suites were very helpful and accommodating. They allowed me to drop off my bags early and even helped me with food delivery. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-furnished with convenient amenities like a microwave and washing machine. The location was perfect, with subway access nearby and plenty of convenient stores. I also enjoyed the option of walking to nearby food tents for a taste of local cuisine. I had an enjoyable stay at Orakai Insadong Suites.
