Pros of my stay at this budget hotel were absolutely mind-blowing! The cleanliness was jaw-dropping, and they provided large pump bottles of conditioner, shampoo, and shower gel. The pillows and comforter were super comfortable, and they even helped me with my extra heavy luggage. The small bottle of yoghurt drink at check-out was such a sweet gesture. The location was great, right in the heart of all the shopping and liveliness. Definitely highly recommended for great value!

The hotel did not provide bath towels by default, only hand towels, which was inconvenient. The common dining area was also small and crowded, making it difficult to find a table during peak times.

We had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel and it was everything we could ask for! the staff at Philstay were professional, communicative, and even met us at the corner to help with our luggage. the room was clean, safe, and perfect for a solo traveler like me. We couldn't have asked for a better location - right in the heart of the vibrant shopping district with easy access to transportation. the hotel provided modern accommodations and it was a great value for budget-conscious travelers. We will definitely be coming back to Philstay on our next trip!

Absolutely nothing!

I recently stayed at Philstay Myeongdong Metro and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the bustling Myeongdong shopping district. It was so convenient to be surrounded by all the major shopping, skincare stores, street food, and amazing restaurants. One highlight was trying the mouthwatering mandu/kalgaksu at Myeongdong Kyoja, which I highly recommend! The rooms were super clean, and the air conditioning worked great, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The bathrooms were also very convenient. What truly impressed me was the helpfulness of the staff. They went above and beyond, even assisting us with carrying our luggage to the streets. And I must say, the location couldn't have been better.

Mind-blowingly helpful staff - Jung stayed until 1am to let me in even though my flight was delayed! Super clean room with toiletries provided. Great location near shops and train station. Basic but good breakfast. Staff even gave me yakult when I checked out. Highly recommended!
