My recent stay at a conveniently located hostel in the shopping area of Myeongdong was fantastic. We were within walking distance to several subway stations and popular restaurants. the staff at Philstay Myeongdong were extremely friendly and helpful, even accommodating our request to change rooms. the modern decor in the rooms was stylish and the breakfast spread, although not as extensive as a hotel, was still quite satisfying. We were also impressed with the amazing view of Myeong-dong shopping street from our room on the 17th floor. it was a clean and comfortable experience with great amenities like free laundry service and a bidet toilet.

The location of the hotel was perfect for a romantic escape. It was right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and dining options. We loved being able to walk hand in hand through the vibrant streets and explore the bustling markets. Another great aspect of the hotel was the clean and comfortable room. It provided a cozy atmosphere for us to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Lastly, the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. They were always willing to help and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the room was quite small, which didn't leave us with much space to move around.

The staff was very kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even arranged for late breakfast for us when we overslept and prepared an early breakfast for us the next morning. The location was excellent, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and street food options nearby. the hotel was very clean and the Wi-Fi was fast.

The room was quite small, making it difficult to open our suitcases. The air conditioning was not very effective, resulting in a hot and uncomfortable sleep.

The location was great, right in the middle of the bustling shopping and dining area. It was very convenient to have various restaurants and shops just steps away. the nearby subway stations made it easy to get around the city. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who were able to speak fluent English. This made communication a breeze and added to a positive experience during my business trip.

One major downside was the noise from the busy street at night. The constant sound of cars and people made it difficult to sleep, especially if you have a large amount of luggage with you.

The temperature in the room was uncomfortably warm due to the heater being too strong. This made it difficult to sleep and affected the overall comfort of the stay.

We enjoyed the lovely view of the cathedral from our bedroom window, and the soundproof system ensured a peaceful night's sleep despite the busy street below. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Gunner who went out of his way to assist us. the location was super convenient, with plenty of food options and shopping nearby. the hotel also provided a simple breakfast and a kitchen space to use. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
