Convenient location with nearby bus stops providing easy access to Gangnam, Seongsu, Jamsil, and the airport. The interior of the hotel has a modern design and clean rooms with comfortable bedding. The staff are helpful, despite limited English, using pictures and their phones to assist guests. Good art collection and effective layout keep street noise out.

The Prima Hotel in Seoul was a delightful stay. The women-exclusive sauna was an amazing experience. The location was ideal, especially for those doing business in COEX. The little art galleries were interesting to explore. The staff were extremely helpful, the bedding was comfortable, and the decor was pleasing. The art collection was impressive. Despite being on a busy street, the hotel managed to keep out all street noise.

Lobby was impressive and hotel staff was very friendly. the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop and within a short walk to the subway station. the breakfast included scrambled eggs, ham and cheese.

I can't recommend this place enough! The location is superb, nestled in a fabulous area of the city. Not only that, but the service here is top-notch. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, making sure that all of my needs are met. The room service is available 24/7, ensuring that I can indulge in delicious meals at any time of the day. And the housekeeping? Impeccable. They keep everything clean and tidy, making my stay here even more comfortable. Plus, there are additional amenities like shops and laundry services, adding to the convenience of staying at this hotel. Truly a luxurious experience.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality and comfortable stay.
