The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. The food, especially at the Garden restaurant, was amazing. The hotel's location in Gangnam area was perfect, with easy access to public transportation. The facilities, especially the lounge on the 14th floor, were of high quality and the rooms were stunning.

As a Marriott member, I even received a suite upgrade, which rarely happens! • the hotel's location was perfect, situated in the heart of a bustling area. It was convenient for both sightseeing and business connections.

Some of the older floor staff seemed hesitant to greet me first due to the Korean age culture. However, I always made an effort to say hello to them as they did an amazing job.
