The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. The food, especially at the Garden restaurant, was amazing. The hotel's location in Gangnam area was perfect, with easy access to public transportation. The facilities, especially the lounge on the 14th floor, were of high quality and the rooms were stunning.

Some of the older floor staff seemed hesitant to greet me first due to the Korean age culture. However, I always made an effort to say hello to them as they did an amazing job.

The indoor swimming pool and sauna are exclusive facilities that we enjoyed immensely, and the room advantages with private facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the hotel’s location advantages with easy access to the subway station and great nearby restaurants made our stay even more delightful.
