During my Christmas stay at the hotel, I was impressed with the comfortable bed and the spacious and clean room. The hotel's location was a major advantage, as it was conveniently situated near key attractions such as Lotte World and the subway station, allowing for easy exploration of the area. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay, providing useful information and assistance whenever needed.

There were some aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly like. the lobby and rooms were not as extravagant as depicted in the photos, which was a bit disappointing.

During my Easter holiday, the room I stayed in had really comfortable bedding and also offered a great city view. The location was unbeatable, with everything I needed within walking distance. the breakfast had a great selection of different cuisines and was delicious.

The furnishings in the room were quite old-fashioned and needed updating. , the bathroom could have been cleaner, especially the wall behind the bathtub.
