The staff, especially Ms. J. M. Park, were helpful and could speak English well. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the modern amenities. Plus, there were convenient stores and food options nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Seoul.

The room was neat and tidy with modern decor that matched the pictures. The hotel was located near public transportation and convenient food options. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The breakfast was not included in the hotel package. there were no shopping options nearby, making it difficult to find things to do without traveling far.
