We absolutely loved the friendly and efficient hotel staff. They were very accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient, with the metro station just across the street. This made it easy for us to explore the city and visit different attractions. The hotel also had a free shuttle to the shops, which was a great added bonus. as a couple, we were impressed with the facilities and amenities provided by the hotel.

The Sheraton in Seoul is conveniently located near the airport bus stop, a mall, and a subway station. The hotel is comfortable and the staff is friendly and professional. The gym and swimming pool are great perks.

During my recent business trip, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service provided by the concierge, front desk, and club lounge staff was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and provided superb customer service. The room, although small, had a great view which I really enjoyed. The hotel had all the necessary amenities I needed, and the bathroom was fabulous. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable, and I appreciated having an espresso machine in the room. The location was also convenient for both business meetings in Gangnam and arriving from Gimpo airport.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like during my stay. the check-in process took quite some time, which was a little frustrating.

As party people, we loved the convenient location near shopping and restaurants. The internal hotel shuttle to town and CBD was a great perk. The 10th floor lounge was excellent, and the gym and pool were well-equipped. The staff spoke great English and were very helpful. The breakfast was even better than what we had at a 5-star hotel the night before!

I was thoroughly impressed with my recent stay at Sheraton Seoul Palace Gangnam. The location was excellent, with convenient access to the Shinsegai Mall and underground markets. The beautiful view of the city from the Mall Skybar was a highlight, and the nearby riverside park and cycling track provided a delightful experience. The hotel's facilities, including the large swimming pool, were top-notch. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff always available when needed. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

During our romantic escape, we were delighted with the comfortable beds and the presence of an espresso machine in our room. It was a nice touch to have the option of enjoying a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. Additionally, the Club benefit allowed us to experience a more peaceful breakfast on the 12th floor, away from the hustle and bustle downstairs. The recently renovated room looked modern and stylish, adding to the overall ambiance.

We could hear conversations from the hallway as if they were taking place inside our room, making it difficult to relax and fully enjoy our stay.
