The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to public transport and a nearby shopping mall offering plenty of dining options. It was perfect for my short business trip and attending an event at COEX, the convention center nearby. The breakfast provided was reasonable with a decent selection. The hotel also had a rooftop bar and a gym, which added to its amenities.

We had a great stay at a hotel in Gangnam. The location was extremely convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the subway and 10 minutes to COEX. The hotel itself had a nice interior, modern and sophisticated. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the heated toilet seats, especially during the winter. The hotel staff, especially the reception during check-in and check-out, were amazing and very helpful. The breakfast spread was great with lots of choices to suit all palates and cultures. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

The hotel staff could be more friendly and welcoming as they lack smiles and might come off as brusque. the small rooms lack adequate storage space for clothing and can be a bit too crowded with luggage.
