The location was perfect, right in front of a famous spot in the city. It was also conveniently located between two national palaces, making it easy to explore the historical sites. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay.

The Somerset Palace Seoul was worth every penny. The room was amazing - the bed and linens were so comfortable that I practically melted into them. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with most of the famous tourist sites within walking distance. The staff treated me like royalty, with their kindness and politeness making me feel right at home.

The shower handle filter was not good and caused the water to feel like pins and needles. the room felt a bit worn down, with cracked bathtub and old furniture.

As young people, we loved the hotel's prime location. It's right in the heart of both the business and tourist districts, with attractions like Gyongbuk Palace and Insa-dong market just across the road. The hotel is also close to Anguk station and Jongno 3ga, making it convenient for exploring the city. Plus, the area feels safe with plenty of police presence.

Felt right at home here, couldn't find a reason to complain.

We got great value for our money with an affordable two-week stay at Somerset Palace. The room was clean and comfortable, with underfloor heating and air conditioning. The location was excellent, within walking distance of key tourist spots and close to the subway. The staff were lovely and provided great English support.

The food for breakfast could use some improvement, particularly in terms of variety and options.

We appreciated the fully stocked bathroom and the helpfulness of the English-speaking staff. the breakfast buffet had a good range of options, and the size of the room and amenities met our needs.

The pool was small, and the jacuzzis didn't get warm enough. We were disappointed that we couldn't adjust the temperature.

Das B&B-Zimmer war liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es verfügte über einen großen TV mit Netflix und Disney+, kostenfreies WLAN, einen Wasserkocher, eine Nespresso-Maschine und Geschirr für Kaffee und Tee. Das Badezimmer war geräumig und bot viel Platz für unsere Sachen. Das Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht und war reichhaltig und lecker. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Unterkunft hatte einen separaten Zugang und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Lage war ideal, nur fünf Minuten Fahrt zum Strand.

Man konnte nichts beanstanden.
