Celebrating New Year's Eve at the hotel was a great choice! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel had a comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast buffet that included a variety of foods from different countries. Plus, the location of the hotel was perfect - close to public transportation and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The hotel room was a bit outdated and could use some renovation. The bathroom also needed some improvements and the shower pressure was low.

Convenient location near Ritz Carlton and metro stations. Room includes amenities like mini bar, kettle, and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast available, although limited. Exceptional local staff that resolved check-in issue promptly. Comfy bed and clean room.

At this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the great location. The hotel is conveniently situated between two major train stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities were in good condition. The room had a big bed and a great view, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

All in all, everything was more than satisfactory.

Comfortable and well-located hotel with friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay at The California Hotel in Gangnam. The room had a big and comfy bed, and we appreciated the bathtub and complimentary products in the bathroom. The hotel was conveniently located, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to stay an extra night when our schedule changed. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the view of construction work and occasional lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, overall I would still recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Seoul.
