The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a variety of options for entertainment and relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, with a separate tub and shower in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, with easy access to small markets and restaurants on the main road outside, as well as interesting museums like the Teddy Bear Museum.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and the hotel had excellent facilities, including an outdoor pool, sauna, gym, and even a basketball court. The staff at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk were all very friendly and helpful. The location was also ideal, with easy access to sightseeing spots on the island of Jeju and within walking distance to one of Korea's best beaches. We especially enjoyed taking evening walks down to the beach.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we were impressed with the beautiful grounds and the friendly staff. the hotel offered a wide range of facilities, including a stunning indoor and outdoor pool area. the location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to nearby museums and attractions. One advantage that we enjoyed was the excellent breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of Korean, Asian, and Western cuisines.

We were disappointed with the exorbitant prices for food and beverages at the hotel. It was shocking to see the high prices for basic items such as pancakes with fruit and a glass of wine.

Good location on Jungmun beach , with a nice park/garden. Friendly staff. Beautiful hike up Hallasan, 30 minutes by taxi. Impressive level of hospitality. Quiet beach, great for young kids. Kid-friendly hotel with lots of amenities.

The Shilla Jeju offers breathtaking views, clean rooms with balconies, and a wide range of amenities including an outdoor pool, sauna, gym, and basketball court. The buffet is delicious with plenty of choices, and the S Lounge provides great coffee and evening wine. The service is incredible with top-notch nightly entertainment.

Everything is what I need and want.

We had an amazing experience at the Shilla. the outdoor environment and pool were fantastic, offering stunning views and a great place to relax. the staff went above and beyond with their hospitality, even providing a pillow for my little one when they saw us on a sun bed. the location, Korean-style room, and beautiful gardens added to the overall charm of the hotel. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed at a hotel in a beautiful location, right on the cliff by the sea in the Jungmun resort area. The views were breathtaking, and we were able to take long walks along the coastal walk path. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the service provided by the staff was kind and fast. The breakfast menu was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a large indoor-outdoor pool and a private beach. We also enjoyed exploring the authentic eateries located just outside the hotel.

We did notice that some areas of the hotel could use some renovations, such as new carpet and a fresh coat of paint.
