The massage at The Shilla was absolutely amazing! The spa was also quite nice. We indulged in a relaxing massage and felt completely rejuvenated afterwards. The facilities were top-notch and the service was excellent.

The location was also convenient, with a duty-free mall nearby. And let's not forget the breathtaking executive lounge on the top floor, offering beautiful views and a luxurious experience. I had a magnificent trip and would highly recommend this hotel.

The Shilla Seoul offers an amazing hotel environment and beautiful decoration. The spa, outdoor hot jacuzzi, and on-site barber service are perfect for relaxation. The staff is excellent and provides top-notch service.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive and kind, always available to assist me. The room itself was clean, warm, and comfortable, with excellent bedding and a well-equipped bathroom. The hotel's executive lounge package was a standout feature, offering delicious and high-quality food throughout the day. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the location was central. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Seoul.

I had an amazing stay at The Shilla. The rooms were absolutely pristine, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. One thing that really stood out was the convenient location right next to a metro station, making it easy for me to explore the city. I opted for the executive business double room, which gave me access to the executive lounge. The complimentary breakfast and dinner served in the lounge were truly exceptional. I would highly recommend The Shilla to anyone seeking a truly luxurious and five-star experience.

I got great value for my money at this modern and well-managed hotel. The room was perfect, with a nice view and useful amenities. The location was also good, close to a metro station and the hotel provided a shuttle service. The staff were fantastic, professional, and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if it was less busy.

Rooms are clean and reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recently refurbished but still looks a bit old. Great views from the room. Limousine-bus to airport available for $16 USD. a decent choice for the price.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was amazing! the room was spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view. the cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the hiking route planned by one of the staff members, which allowed us to explore the beautiful surroundings of the hotel.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the pricing of the hotel's additional services and facilities was quite steep, including fees for the pool and sauna, and the high cost of dining at the restaurant.

Cleanliness: The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained. Hotel facilities: The hotel had a wide range of facilities, including a gym and a stunning Urban Garden. Location: The hotel was conveniently situated in the city center, making it easy to explore and access various attractions. Staff: The hotel staff were kind, professional, and extremely accommodating.
