As a budget traveler, I appreciated the helpfulness of the front desk staff at The Suites Hotel Jeju. They saved me from a potential scam by checking the status of Hallasan for me, and even arranged for another taxi to take me to Sangumburi crater when my original taxi driver tried to change the plan. The hotel's location was perfect, with cafes, other hotels, the beach, sights, and food within walking distance. It was a great base for exploring Jeju without a car, as many attractions were easily walkable.

Although there was no sea view, the hotel was just a short walk away from the picturesque Jungmun beach and other attractions. Despite the area being crowded with tourists, the hotel provided a peaceful and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its nearly best value in Jungmun.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in the beautiful area of Jungmun in south Jeju-do. The hotel had a prime location, making it easy to access major attractions and local dining options. It was also conveniently located on the way back to the airport. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the parking was hassle-free.

the luxurious amenities provided here exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff took such great care of me. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight of my stay! There were plenty of sun loungers and it felt exclusive. the well-maintained garden area was perfect to sit and relax. the massage I received was so relaxing and I felt completely pampered. the private facilities in my room were so exclusive and the restaurant served delicious food and drinks!

Although it was well-known by taxi drivers, it is a bit of a distance to walk to nearby conveniences.

Had a great time spending New Year's at this hotel in the heart of Jeju Island. the staff was friendly and spoke English, which made communication easy. the room was simple but clean and had all the necessary amenities. the WiFi was excellent and there were plenty of TV channels to choose from.

The room temperature was a bit too warm for our liking, but the front desk quickly sent an engineer to fix it. Also, the complimentary drink in the restaurant was limited to one per room, which was a bit disappointing.

Secondly, the hotel offered free wifi in every room with excellent reception, so I was able to stay connected and get my work done without any issues. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient for me as it was close to Jungmun beach and Jeju Island's walking trails. This allowed me to make the most of my brief stay and enjoy some outdoor activities during my free time.

There were a couple of aspects of the hotel that I wasn't too happy about. the bed in my room was very uncomfortable as the mattress seemed old and saggy.
