The front desk staff was quick to respond to our complaint about the air conditioning and immediately upgraded us to a room with better cooling. The room itself was spacious enough for us and had a nice view of Namsan N Tower. The hotel's location was amazing, right next to the famous Namdaemun Market and within walking distance of Myeongdong center. We loved the convenience of having a 7-11, Burger King, and other restaurants in the lobby. a comfortable and convenient stay.

This place had an excellent location, right opposite Namdaemun Market and near the bustling Shopping Belt of MyeongDong. Plus, it was conveniently located just above a train station, making it super easy to get around. The staff here were amazing, always providing exceptional service. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, like free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great spots to unwind after a long day of exploring. And let's not forget about the leisure indoor swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip.

Best aspects were the spaciousness of the room and the comfortable bed and pillows. the room had all the necessary amenities and was kept clean. the hotel was located conveniently close to the subway station and a popular market, making it easy to explore the city.

The lack of English proficiency among the staff, which made communication difficult and led to incorrect instructions and unfulfilled requests. the room lacked proper ventilation, resulting in a stuffy and uncomfortable sleep environment.

the rooms were clean and modern, with excellent toiletries and exceptional water pressure in the shower. the front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a family suite, which was spacious and quiet. the best part was the view of the N Seoul Tower, it was absolutely stunning. the hotel had a great gym and pool, although we didn't have time to use them. the staff were all very helpful and spoke English well. They even provided generous discount coupons for the hotel restaurants, although we didn't get a chance to try them due to our busy schedule exploring Seoul. this hotel exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, with easy access to the airport within an hour by bus. The bus stop is practically right in front of the hotel. the hotel is situated on a bridge that goes over a street near Seoul station, making it a great location for exploring the city. It is also close to everything you want in Seoul, including Myeongdong, Namsan Tower, and Namdaemun market. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Despite the negative aspects mentioned, the hotel provides a pleasant stay overall.

The window in the room was hard to open and the WiFi signal was weak at times.

my recent stay in seoul was even better thanks to the amazing experience at this hotel. the proximity to the metro station and helpful reception staff made getting around easy. the on-site convenient store and cafe were a bonus. the highlight was being close to the beautiful Namsan park.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, ranging from scrambled eggs to dumpling soups, and the staff at the front desk and concierge were always helpful and accommodating. I also appreciated the 24-hour 7-11 convenience store inside the hotel, as well as the Chinese and Korean restaurants that were open 24 hours. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is superb, being very close to a train station. It's so convenient that the metro station is just a stone's throw away. Moreover, I loved that this place is right above the train station, making it extremely accessible for exploring the city. Additionally, being near the Shopping Belt of MyeongDong was a huge plus, as there were plenty of shops and entertainment options nearby.

It was easy to find and accessible from the subway station and airport railroad lines. the marketplace nearby created a nice atmosphere. the room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the drinking water in the mini-fridge each day. the staff were excellent, allowing us to check in early. the air conditioning was strong, and the view was nice.
