We had an amazing experience during our New Year stay at this hotel. the pool area was fantastic with heated water, allowing us to spend quality time with our little one even in the colder weather. the atmosphere was lively and family, friendly, with music, pool inflatables, and basketball hoops. the hotel also had a big screen for movie nights and a poolside snack bar serving delicious beer, chicken, and ice cream. the children's play zone was a hit with our two, year, old, and it was impressively clean throughout the hotel.

One of the downsides was the language barrier with some of the staff, especially at the poolside. English was mostly spoken at the reception, but we had to rely on our translation app when communicating with the pool staff.
