I recently had an amazing stay at this guesthouse near Hongdae. the staff at Uwa were incredibly kind and friendly, making me feel right at home. the location is perfect, being close to Hongkik Station and the vibrant Hongdae area. I loved that they provided free towels and toiletries, and the makeup corner was a nice touch. I had no complaints during my stay and would definitely choose Uwa again when I return to Seoul. I just wish I could have booked a room for my last two days, but they were sold out. Everything about this place was great!

Uwa Guesthouse provided an exceptional stay for us. The location was fantastic, being very close to the train station and right on top of everything. The hotel facilities were great, including a cozy and warm room, a communal area that felt like home, and a fridge for convenient food storage. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, with superb English skills. They even went above and beyond by taking one of us to a nearby hospital when needed. The free breakfast and laundry services were a nice bonus. our experience at this hotel was top-notch.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a guesthouse in Seoul called Uwa. From the moment I arrived, the staff at Uwa were incredibly helpful and friendly. the manager, Jae Ho, even went out of his way to pick me up when I got lost on the way there. Another staff member, Yeo, helped me find another guesthouse when Uwa was fully booked for my second night. the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a nice bed and air conditioning. the bathrooms and showers were also well-maintained. the location of Uwa is great - just a short walk from Hongik University Station and surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops. I had a fantastic experience at Uwa and would definitely stay there again.

The guesthouse is conveniently located, just a short walk from the subway station in a lively area with plenty of shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and privacy curtains. The staff is friendly and accommodating, offering helpful advice and even storing luggage for guests. A variety of breakfast options are available, although it might be nice to have more variety beyond the standard bread and strawberry jam.

The shower stalls could use improvement as the glass doors are not completely opaque and the locks are finicky.

uwa guesthouse was even better than my previous stay in seoul, exceeded my expectations on our honeymoon. the convenient location, friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere made it a perfect home away from home.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. They went out of their way to assist me when I had trouble with my card payment and even helped me make a reservation at a local restaurant. The breakfast offered a decent selection of food and drinks, which was a nice start to the day. the location was very convenient, as it was near a subway station and had easy access to transportation.

The lack of an elevator in the guesthouse was a bit inconvenient, especially when carrying heavy luggage. Although the staff were kind enough to help with the luggage, it would have been more convenient to have a lift available.

We also appreciated the additional common area on the floor above and the free laundry facilities. this guesthouse exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

The staff, who could speak multiple languages, including English, Chinese, Japanese. The social area was great, with travel books in various languages, music instruments, games, and even a cooking area. The guesthouse was impeccably clean, and the beds with curtains provided a sense of privacy. The location was perfect, as it was very close to a metro station in the party area, making it easy to catch from the airport or any other subway station.
