The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable check-in experience. The spa facilities are top-notch, with an indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi available for guests. The hotel also has lovely gardens, grassy areas, and a small lake with a waterfall and fish to explore.

Some staff members have difficulty understanding and speaking English fluently.

Staying at this hotel was an exquisite and exclusive experience. The service here was beyond superb, and the Spa & wellness centre was a fantastic retreat. The indoor swimming pool and sauna gave me a much-needed break from the daily routine. I particularly enjoyed the full body massage at the Spa lounge. The seasonal outdoor pool and sun loungers were perfect for basking in the sun.

The location of the hotel was a bit distant from the sightseeing places. If I wanted to explore the city, it was a bummer.

Another advantage was the excellent service from the staff who were always friendly and made us feel welcome.

The hotel was remote and not situated near restaurants or convenience stores. This made it difficult for us when we wanted to explore the nearby areas and have a meal.
