We had the pleasure of staying at Well Plus Guest House during our recent trip to Seoul. The location was fantastic, being close to Myeongdong Station and surrounded by trendy Korean fashion and food streets. The owner went above and beyond by cooking for us and recommending hidden travel destinations, including the SM Entertainment office building in Seongsu-dong. The big room and comfy beds provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the toilet met our expectations. The rooftop offered a stunning view of Namsan Tower, especially at night. we felt at home in this budget-friendly accommodation.

Although the rooms and beds were clean, the common areas like the communal kitchen and common room were unsanitary and dirty. The thin walls made it difficult to have privacy and we could hear our neighbor's every move.

It was also great being close to the night market. Another positive aspect was the friendly and helpful owner/manager. He provided useful recommendations for places to visit and was always there to assist with any questions or concerns.

That there were no elevators in the guest house, which made it a bit difficult to carry our luggage up the stairs. However, the owner did help us with our bags, so that was a plus.
