The hotel is conveniently located on a main road, making it easily accessible by car. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The bathroom, although slightly inconvenient with the placement of the sink, provides ample hot water for a relaxing shower. The staff at the hotel are excellent, providing attentive and friendly service to make your stay enjoyable. And the breakfast offers a variety of delicious options to start your day.

The decorations throughout the hotel are uninspiring and dull, lacking any vibrant or modern touches.

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the area. the rooms had the necessary amenities and were cleaned regularly. the hotel's location is conveniently close to a major road and only a short drive from the city center, making it easy for guests to get around.

The bathroom had an inconveniently placed sink, making it difficult to use for some guests. the lack of cold water was a bit unusual and inconvenient.

The staff were excellent.

the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were outstanding. the heated swimming pool and sun loungers surpassed my expectations. the location was perfect, with convenient access to the city centre and other attractions.

Although the room had multiple advantages, there was only one minor issue: the bathroom sink was slightly inconvenient to access. the exceptional service compensated for this small shortcoming.
