The room we stayed in was incredibly spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk from the city center. The staff, especially Mr Anas, were extremely helpful and ensured our satisfaction throughout our stay. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the center of the city. We could easily walk to all the major attractions and shops. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great restaurant recommendations and assisting us whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. we were highly impressed with this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

During my Christmas trip to a hotel in Pristina, I appreciated the spacious room and the helpful staff. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and offered easy access to the city center. The breakfast was also decent and I enjoyed the delicious omelettes served with a variety of toppings.

There were some drawbacks to my experience at the hotel. The lighting in the room was too dim, and the bathroom lacked proper hangers for towels and toilet paper.
