My stay at Hotel Dukagjini was wonderful. I stayed for a few nights for a business trip and the location couldn't have been better. Being right in the heart of downtown, I was able to easily walk to all the main sights, including the bazaar and ethnographic museum. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, with helpful staff who ensured my experience was of high quality. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, with special local items and homemade dark chocolates. The facilities, including the spa, gym, and terrace, were top-notch. the hotel provided excellent value for the price.

The tourist information across the street provided great advice for hiking trails. The walks were easy to follow without a guide, and the views were absolutely stunning. During my Christmas stay, I must say that I enjoyed the comfortable room and the great value-for-money that this hotel offered. the buffet breakfast had some tasty local items, like the roasted peppers, and I loved the fact that there were homemade dark chocolates available. the location was also great for exploring the downtown area and the river was just a short walk away.

There were a few aspects of my stay that could have been better. the shower tiles in my room were really slippery and they didn't provide a non-slip mat or rails to hold onto.
