The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing fast Wi-Fi and excellent service. we had a great stay at Hotel Oferta and would recommend it to others.

Spent Christmas in the city, and it was a wonderful experience. the hotel had an amazing location, everything we needed was just a short walk away. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the staff, they were so friendly and accommodating, always making sure we were comfortable. the bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean.

There were a few things we didn't enjoy - the toilet seat was broken and some of the curtains didn't stop the light. We also had a bit of an issue with the terrace, as it was supposed to be accessible but turned out to be only through another hotel room.
