Loved our Romantic Getaway! During our romantic escape, we were spoiled with free champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries! The location was perfect for us as we wanted a serene and peaceful environment. The ocean view from our window was breathtaking, and we enjoyed watching the sunset. We also really enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions, it made exploring so much easier.

The room felt a little outdated, and the bathroom was small and cramped. the staff seemed a bit indifferent to our presence, and we had to wait for a long time to be served at the reception.

During my stay, I had the pleasure of being close to the sea shore, with stunning views of the coastline. The hotel's convenient location near Al-Kout mall allowed me to easily access a wide range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the in-room dining options were reasonably priced and delicious.

Parking at the hotel was limited, especially during peak hours when the lobby was bustling with corporate guests.

I enjoyed my stay at a hotel near Alkout Mall with friendly staff who assisted me promptly when I had a problem with the bathroom. The breakfast had various options that catered to my dietary restrictions and the room was clean and cozy. Overall recommended.

The luxurious amenities and excellent service here exceeded my expectations. The spa and wellness center was a standout, with a relaxing sauna, invigorating steam room, and expert massages. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for lounging on sun loungers, and the infinity pool on the rooftop provided fantastic views of the area. In my private facilities, I enjoyed halal food and special diet menus at the restaurant and bar/lounge area.

Only one minor issue I encountered was that the leisure/TV room could use some updates. However, this did not detract from the otherwise exceptional experience this hotel provided me.

Spacious, clean rooms. Excellent service from Mr. George. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Adjacent to Al Kout Mall.
