During our stay at a hotel in Kuwait, we were impressed by the outstanding service provided by the staff. When my husband fell ill, the hotel manager personally visited him multiple times, even bringing a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a fruit basket. The hotel arranged transportation for both of us, ensuring we were well taken care of. The level of customer service exceeded our expectations, and we are grateful for their support during our difficult time. The convenient location, just a short walk from the Marina Mall, provided us with stunning views of the Arabian Gulf. we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if we return to Kuwait.

The hotel is in a great location, near Marina Mall and close to everything in the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was spacious. The rooftop pool had a fantastic view.

The hotel is conveniently located near a major shopping center and offers great views of the Arabian Gulf. the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including bread, cereal, meats, cheeses.

The room service could have been better, as they didn't always replace towels after making up the room. the noise from the mosque calls in the early morning, particularly on Fridays, was quite loud and disruptive, requiring the use of earplugs.

The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean, with nice amenities. Well located, close to Marina Mall and with great views of the Gulf. Fantastic staff, went above and beyond when I fell ill. They even arranged airport pick-up for my wife and brought her to the hospital. Highly recommended, would stay again.

Great view from the room and the rooftop pool, which was perfect for watching the city at night. the gym had good quality equipment which was great for my morning workout. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with a mall, restaurants and a beach nearby.

The hotel is in dire need of some maintenance. the bathroom smelled bad and the shower door didn't close properly.
