The breakfast at the Crossroads Restaurant was absolutely amazing. The variety of food options, both Eastern and Western, satisfied all tastes. The staff, especially Mr. Cameron and Mr. Jinendra, were so nice and helpful, constantly checking in and providing assistance. The hotel is also connected to a shopping mall with high-end brands and tempting coffee shops. I highly recommend this hotel for its delicious food, welcoming staff, and great service.

The hotel offers excellent service and the staff is friendly and helpful. the variety of restaurants in the hotel is impressive. the hotel has a beautiful pool area. the rooms are spacious and offer outstanding views. the hotel provides free transportation to and from the airport, which is convenient.

Housekeeping can be slow, sometimes not getting to the room until after lunch. the loyalty program no longer allows Gold Elite members access to the Executive Lounge, which is a disappointment.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They even called me by my name when I checked in. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The room was nice and had a partial view of the sea. I also appreciated the late checkout time that I was given upon request. The hotel's location near a small but nice mall was convenient and made it easy for me to explore the area. The breakfast served at this hotel was exceptional, with a variety of options including smoked salmon, fresh salmon, Indian and Middle Eastern dishes, and French cheese.

Great hotel with helpful staff who made me feel very welcome. the rooms were spacious and well-appointed with mini bar and free Wi-Fi. Located within close proximity to a local market and vibrant souq district, which is perfect for exploring. the buffet breakfast offered a wide range of options to suit all tastes and the coffee was excellent.

Despite all the fantastic positives, there were a few areas that fell short of my expectations. the hotel feels a little dated and could do with a facelift to bring it up to modern standards.

Lavish Hotel with Luxurious Amenities and Dedicated Staff We recently stayed at this hotel during our business trip, and it was a perfect stay for us. the hotel is gorgeous with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. the private facilities were top-notch, especially the indoor swimming pool and sauna. the staff was courteous and dedicated to making our stay comfortable. the restaurant served lip-smacking dishes with a great option of breakfast, carryout breakfast, and restaurant buffet.

Minor Issue with Room Service the only minor issue we faced was with room service. A few items in the room were not functioning correctly, and it took a little longer than expected to resolve this issue.
