Our Thanksgiving getaway was amazing! the hotel’s location was perfect for us as it was close to many popular restaurants and shopping centers in the city. Another advantage was the room service; their service was prompt and the staff was very accommodating.

The noise level in our room. We were situated near a busy street, so we could hear the sound of traffic during the day and night.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. the service was impeccable and the amenities were luxurious. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool complete with sun loungers and a shallow end perfect for relaxing. the steam room was a welcome respite from the Kuwait heat, and the private facilities were top-notch. In-room breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of special diet menus catered to our needs.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the restaurant. Although the food was delicious, the wait time was longer than expected.
