The mattress and pillow could have been more comfortable, and the towel provided was too small.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. The location was convenient, with the bus/marshrutka station right outside the hostel. This made traveling to cities like Cholpon Ata and Karakol very easy. The hostel also had a cafeteria that served food and drinks 24 hours a day, perfect for those late-night cravings. The common area was spacious, both indoors and outdoors, and had good wifi. We also enjoyed the variety of breakfast options available at the canteen next door.

my second stay in bishkek was even better! apple hostel made my christmas party amazing. staff gave great local suggestions and organized tours. comfy and modern private room, and a convenient location with supermarket and places to eat nearby. highly recommend!

construction around the hostel

The location was extremely convenient, just a minute or two away from the bus station. The staff was friendly and spoke good English, even waiting up for us when we arrived late at night. The rooms were spacious and clean, as were the toilets and shower area. We appreciated the clear guidelines for quiet time and use of facilities, which everyone followed. Additionally, there were restaurants nearby and a supermarket within a short walking distance.
