The bed was so comfortable, I had the best sleep during my business trip. The rooftop bar had stunning views of the city, it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of meetings. The sauna was a bonus, I was able to relax and de-stress. , the efficient airport transfer service made my arrival and departure so much easier.

Communication with the staff was a bit challenging as they mostly spoke Russian, but I understood that it's the common language in the area. The room service was a bit slow at times, causing some minor delays.

Spent my Xmas vacation in a hotel and it was a good experience. The staff at the hotel were great, they had a great location and quite a variety of delicious foods. I really enjoyed the clean swimming pool and spacious room, it was a great addition to my stay. The hotel also had a lot of tourist destinations near them which is very convenient for anyone who wants to explore.

There were a couple of issues that kind of put a damper on my Xmas vacation. One of the rooms had a terrible smell which was quite nauseating.
