The only drawback is that the restaurant for dinner closes early, so if guests miss the closing time, there is no food available for dinner.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming boutique hotel in the heart of the city. The Euro-sized room was comfortable and modern, and I loved the glass elevator that took me up to my floor. The staff, young and energetic, were always ready to assist and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The Ratatouille restaurant served delicious French cuisine, and the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of European and Central Asian options. The location was perfect, with Tsum Mall and other attractions just a short walk away. The hotel was surrounded by tree-lined streets and pedestrian green spaces, with plenty of dining options nearby. I was impressed by the excellent value for the price and the central location. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in the city.

Found an excellent oasis of comfort and relaxation during my thanksgiving break. the hotel provided me with a cozy and comfortable room which was well-appointed with a modern bathroom and a working minibar. the staff was very professional, polite, comforting and always gave a helping hand. the breakfast was very good and offered a variety of dishes that met my dietary needs. I also loved the location of the hotel as it was close to some of the top historical and tourist sites in the city.

Although I had a good experience, there were a few minor setbacks such as the noisy fridge in my room, which took me a little time to get used to the sound, and the restaurant for dinner closes relatively early which might be inconvenient for late-night travelers. the room had some minor wear and tear, such as small scratches on the wall from one of the chairs.
