We had a fantastic stay at a resort nestled in the cool mountains, with a roaring river as our backdrop. The location was perfect for starting hikes and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel's personnel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The delicious breakfast with local delicacies was a highlight, and the spa, gym, and pool looked inviting, although we didn't have a chance to use them.

The lack of information about events taking place at the hotel and the confusion at the restaurants was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel had a great location in the mountains and the fresh air was fantastic. the staff was also very friendly and welcoming even though there were some language barriers. I also really enjoyed the SPA center, the swimming pool and the sauna were all very relaxing.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the in-room breakfast being served cold. Despite this, the overall experience was still incredibly luxurious with plenty of exclusive amenities and private facilities available.
