The resort had beautiful buildings, a stunning beach, and excellent facilities for children. The restaurant and bar were great, offering a variety of activities for an extra price.

Nothing to dislike.

The resort is conveniently located very close to the beautiful beach, allowing easy access for guests to enjoy the stunning lake views and refreshing water. Additionally, the outdoor space is well-maintained, with green gardens, lawns, and a pleasant pier for guests to relax and soak up the sun.

One negative aspect is that the hotel lacks basic amenities like a medical first aid kit and dental kit, which can be inconvenient for families who may need such supplies during their stay.

Facilities were great but accessing included amenities was difficult. Beach, pier, and gardens were enjoyable. The beach area and bar were fantastic, offering good food and hookah. Plenty of activities for children. Staff were helpful, with particular praise for Dalia and the receptionists. Language barrier was overcome with staff assistance.

The beach view was stunning and the bar service was great. Their water sports activities are a plus and their family-friendly environment was amazing. the nearby attractions were also convenient.

Rooms were outdated and lacked proper hygiene. Cleaning services were weak and the food at their restaurant wasn't fresh.

The beach area and the bar at Kapriz Issyk Kul Resort were absolutely great. We enjoyed spending our days lounging by the beach and sipping cocktails at the bar. The food and hookah were also surprisingly good for the price. We even had the chance to try out the sailboat and jet skis, adding some excitement to our stay. I would recommend this resort for its fantastic beach amenities and great value for money.
