The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location next to the Philharmonic was perfect for enjoying live music performances. Despite being a smaller hotel, it had a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The air conditioning was excellent, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated being along the Chui corridor, with easy access to Ala Too square and Panfilov Park. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenient location.

The breakfast was enjoyable with a variety of menu options, including pancakes and salads although it could start earlier to cater for guests with early tours. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the large Junior Suite room with comfortable bedding was spacious enough for relaxation. We loved the extras available such as a chess board to unwind after a busy day. the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city's tourist attractions.

The hotel had drawbacks such as language barriers with some staff struggling to communicate in English. One significant downside was the absence of a bidet.
