The staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted with requests and queries. The rooms were spacious with a stocked fridge and kettle. Comfy beds and plenty of towels. Nice breakfast and on-site cafe. English speaking team and helpful bell boy. Cozy cafe.

Nothing it was perfect.

During my Christmas stay, I found this hotel to be a good value for money. the room was well equipped with all necessary amenities such as air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, and hairdryer. the hotel was in a convenient location, placed near the city center with easy access to everything. the hotel staff was very accommodating, providing impeccable service from the moment of arrival to the time of departure.

The only downside of my stay was that the rooms were not soundproof, making it difficult to sleep at night if there were noisy occupants on the same floor. Another issue was the lack of a safe in the room, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the clean and tidy rooms with ample space for all of us. The mini bar and stocked fridge were a great touch, and the comfy beds made for a restful night's sleep. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site cafe/restaurant served a variety of delicious food. The daily breakfast was a nice bonus, and the location of the hotel was excellent.

One minor drawback was the lack of coffee and milk in the room's kettle, however, this could easily be resolved by requesting it from the staff.
