During my recent stay at Plaza Hotel, I was impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in process was seamless, allowing me to settle into my spacious and clean room in just 10 minutes. The hotel's location in downtown Bishkek was also a major plus, as it allowed for easy exploration of the city's points of interest. I was pleasantly surprised by the strong wi-fi connection in my room, and the breakfast in the restaurant exceeded my expectations with its quality and variety. I had a great time at Plaza Hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The location was amazing, surrounded by nature. The house and private cabin were stunning and equipped with every comfort of home. The breakfast was absolutely the best. The staff, including Evelyn, were friendly and helpful in answering all of our questions and recommending nearby restaurants.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location near sightseeing, shopping, and restaurants, with easy access to transportation. The staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet on the terrace was exceptional, with a delicious selection that included caviar. The view from our room on the 5th floor was breathtaking, overlooking the Dolen Omurzakov Stadium, the ferris wheel in Panfilov Park, and the Ala-Too square. The hotel's pool in the basement was a great amenity, and we appreciated the complimentary bathrobe and slippers.

The weak and unreliable internet connection was a major inconvenience for guests who rely on fast internet for work or leisure activities.

The staff had a great attitude and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with plenty of cafes and bistros nearby. The bed was extremely comfortable and ensured a good night's rest. we appreciated the quick laundry service and complementary breakfast.

The cleaning staff could be quite loud early in the morning, which disturbed our sleep. It would have been better if they closed the doors when cleaning to avoid disturbing adjoining guests.
