This hotel is in a great location, close to the city center and the bus station. It's also not far from the famous Osh bazaar. The staff here are exceptional, especially on the day of check-out. They were very friendly and helpful, ensuring taxis knew where to take me and saving me from any confusion. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including a fitness center, a spa & wellness center, and a swimming pool. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, with amenities like a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The hotel also offers room service and a restaurant with a delicious breakfast and dinner options.

Although the hotel was located down a small alley, it didn't feel unsafe. The room was spacious, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The friendly and accommodating staff provided excellent service from the moment I arrived until the day of departure. The breakfast was a luxurious treat with a warm and homely atmosphere. The hotel offered various facilities such as a gym, pool, and even an on-site mini market. it was a great value for the money and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

During our city break, we enjoyed staying at a conveniently located hotel that was only a 30-minute drive from the airport. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful. the breakfast was quite good, and we especially appreciated the extended options when a larger group arrived. the gym with a ping-pong table was a nice touch for some fun downtime.

One thing we would have appreciated was having a tea kettle in the room to make hot drinks. we had a pleasant stay, but these small issues could be improved upon.
